Kind Knight Games LLC ("KKG", "we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use OnlyFarms ("App").
This Policy applies to information collected through the App, our websites, customer support channels, and marketing activities linked to the App.
• Information you provide: username, email, social-login ID, support requests.
• Blockchain information: public wallet address and on-chain transactions you sign.
• Device information: model, OS version, language, timezone, unique identifiers.
• Usage data: session length, gameplay actions, leaderboard position, crash logs.
We do not collect precise geo-location, biometric identifiers, or content of personal communications.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• To process transactions and maintain Digital Assets.
• To balance gameplay, run events, and prevent fraud.
• To communicate with you about updates or promotions (with consent).
• To comply with legal obligations.
We process data under GDPR pursuant to (a) contractual necessity, (b) legitimate interests, (c) consent, and (d) compliance with legal obligations. For U.S. users, we act as a "service provider" under CCPA and do not sell personal information.
We use local storage and cookies on our website and analytics SDKs within the App to understand engagement. You can disable cookies in your browser; this may affect functionality.
We share data only with:
• Cloud hosting and analytics providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Payment processors for in-app purchases.
• Law enforcement when required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. When we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. Blockchain records are immutable, but we will disassociate them from your profile upon verified deletion request.
We use HTTPS encryption, firewalls, and role-based access controls to protect data. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Parents who believe we have collected such data may contact us for deletion.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by in-App notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
